Your Rights & Obligations

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" / "jz255" — The website accessible at jz255.net, together with all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, APIs, game integrations, and related services operated under the jz255 brand.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" — Any natural person who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses any feature of the jz255 platform.
• "Account" — The personal account created by a Player upon successful completion of the jz255 registration process, through which all transactions and betting activity are conducted.
• "Balance" — The aggregate of real-money funds held within a Player's account at any given time, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" — Any promotional credits, free spins, or non-cash incentives awarded to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements and promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The minimum total betting turnover that must be completed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom may be converted to withdrawable cash.

Access to and use of the jz255 platform is subject to the following strict eligibility requirements. By accessing or using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet each of these requirements at all times:

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register, log in, place bets, or use any service on jz255. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. jz255 operates a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling. If jz255 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately and all funds held pending age verification. Any winnings accumulated by a Player who is subsequently found to be underage will be forfeited in their entirety.

2.2 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. You must not be acting under any legal disability, guardianship order, or restriction that would prevent you from entering into enforceable agreements.

2.3 Single Account Obligation

Each Player is permitted to maintain one (1) account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or proxy accounts — whether using different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent ban from the platform.

2.4 Personal Account Use

Your jz255 account is strictly personal and may not be shared with, transferred to, or used on behalf of any other individual. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including any activity that occurs as a result of your failure to keep your login credentials confidential.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To create a jz255 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

jz255 is required to verify the identity and age of all Players prior to processing any withdrawal request. Verification may also be triggered by unusual account activity or at jz255's discretion at any time. Acceptable verification documents include:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid Bangladeshi passport (biographical data page)
• Driving licence issued by BRTA
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification, dated within 90 days)

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 14 days of a verification request will result in withdrawal suspension. Accounts that remain unverified for 60 days following a formal request may be closed and balances held in accordance with applicable regulations.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your account. jz255 strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) immediately upon registration. You must notify jz255 support immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. jz255 shall not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.4 Accurate Information Obligation

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration — including misrepresenting your age, identity, or location — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jz255 reserves the right to void all bets, forfeit all balances, and permanently close accounts found to be registered with fraudulent information, without prior notice.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jz255 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jz255 does not accept payments in any foreign currency. No fees are charged by jz255 on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jz255 accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method. jz255 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice posted on the platform.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted through bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 working days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. jz255 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before releasing funds, particularly for large withdrawals or accounts flagged by the fraud monitoring system.

4.4 Source of Funds

By depositing funds into your jz255 account, you warrant that all funds originate from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised account holder of the payment method used. jz255 operates anti-money-laundering (AML) controls and may request documentary evidence of the source of funds for significant deposits. Deposits suspected of originating from criminal activity will be reported to relevant authorities and associated accounts immediately suspended.

4.5 Unclaimed Balances

If your jz255 account remains inactive (no login, deposit, or betting activity) for a continuous period of 12 months and your account holds a positive balance, jz255 will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the registered email and phone number. Balances that remain unclaimed for a further 12 months following initial contact attempts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as disclosed in your account settings, or transferred in accordance with applicable law.

5.1 Promotional Terms

All bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by jz255 are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms & Conditions and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits for completion are stated clearly in each promotional offer. Placing bets using ineligible game types or odds below the stated minimum will not contribute to wagering requirement completion. jz255 will not accept wagering requirement completion disputes where the Player has failed to review the applicable promotional terms prior to accepting the bonus.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jz255 employs automated and manual systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a first-deposit bonus more than once, using low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gambling intent, and coordinated bonus exploitation between associated accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, jz255 reserves the right to void any winnings generated and close the associated accounts without notice.

5.4 Seasonal and Cultural Promotions

jz255 periodically runs promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi cultural calendar, including Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Eid celebrations, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March). Specific eligibility criteria and prize structures for these promotions are published on the promotions page in advance of each event and are subject to change without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jz255 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law, regardless of the technical means used to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Using VPNs, proxies, Tor networks, or any other technology to mask your true geographic location or circumvent access controls.
• Creating multiple accounts, including accounts in the name of third parties, to exploit promotions or circumvent account restrictions.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform without genuine human decision-making.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions in the platform software to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.

• Attempting to launder money or disguise the proceeds of criminal activity through deposits and withdrawals on the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jz255 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Sharing access to your account with a third party, including family members, for the purpose of circumventing account-level restrictions or self-exclusion periods.

All content on the jz255 platform — including but not limited to the jz255 brand name and logo, website design, graphical elements, game interfaces, text, images, software code, and the selection and arrangement of platform content — is the exclusive intellectual property of jz255 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jz255 platform solely for the purpose of personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written consent from jz255.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any jz255 software.
• Use the jz255 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context without written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on jz255 platform content or game assets.

Game content displayed on jz255 (including slots, live casino streams, and crash game titles) remains the intellectual property of the respective game studio providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — and is subject to each provider's own licensing terms. jz255 does not grant any rights in third-party game content.

8.1 Platform Availability

jz255 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services. Scheduled maintenance windows, emergency technical interventions, third-party infrastructure failures, and force majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions. jz255 shall not be liable for any losses — including lost betting opportunities or expired promotional offers — arising from unplanned downtime.

8.2 Accuracy of Odds and Markets

While jz255 takes all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of odds, market lines, and game information displayed on the platform, errors may occasionally occur. jz255 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds or on markets created in error, and to correct any such errors without prior notice. In such cases, the Player's stake will be returned in full.

8.3 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jz255's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

jz255 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if jz255 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.5 Third-Party Services

jz255 is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party payment processors (including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket), game studio platforms, or any other third-party services integrated into the jz255 platform. Any disputes arising from third-party service failures should be directed to the relevant third-party provider.

9.1 Voluntary Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jz255 support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any positive cash balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their most recently used withdrawal method within 5 working days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

9.2 Suspension by jz255

jz255 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 6 of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a Player's bank or payment provider.
• Regulatory, legal, or law enforcement instruction to do so.

9.3 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is negatively impacting their wellbeing may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests submitted to [email protected] are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the account is fully restricted from deposits, betting, and bonus receipt. 9.4 Effect of Closure on Pending Bets

Any bets placed and accepted prior to account closure or suspension will be settled in accordance with standard settlement rules, and resulting winnings (if any) credited to the account balance for subsequent withdrawal, unless the closure was triggered by a breach of these Terms, in which case jz255 reserves the right to void affected bets.

10.1 Amendments to These Terms

jz255 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file no fewer than 7 days before the amended terms take effect. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter Players' substantive rights) may be applied immediately. Continued use of the platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between a Player and jz255 relating to the platform, bet settlement, account management, or these Terms, the Player should first contact jz255 support at [email protected] with a clear description of the complaint. jz255 will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 working days. jz255 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and transparently at the first point of contact wherever possible.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the jz255 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and jz255 with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.

10.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or other competent authority, such provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the commercial intent of the original.
